This place is good and convenient to go to if you work in Belltown/Downtown. They are also on Ritual so it makes it easy to order at work and go pick it up.

The build-your-own poke is great because you can choose what you want in your bowl and fish that you want. The portion is a little small compared to other places so that is the main downside of this place.

There is not a lot of seating area inside the restaurant so you have to sit outside or at the work building next door.

Horrible customer service and horrible poke.

Came in around 12:45 for mealpal. Told them last time I came in my Poke was warm. They blamed it on the rice. Well this time I came in and I saw a large pre made stack on the counter. Granted this is the end of the lunch hour, so i always get a little suspicious when I see a bunch of containers left over sitting out. I asked the cashier when the meal pal lunches were made, she said around 10:15. So I clarified and asked, have those containers, and the one you gave me been sitting out on the counter since 10:15? You're about to give me poke that have been sitting out on the counter for 3 hours? she said yes. And then changed her answer to well, we rotate them (whatever that means) Normally the other meal pal restaurants i know make the lunches in batches, and when they are down to the last few they make more. So when i saw the stack of 10 or so, I had a feeling they just made a bunch of them at the start of the day and just left them out. I tried some of the crab salad and it was warm. I requested a new and fresh one, and the manager refused, i literally said all i want is one that has not been sitting out, and his response over and over again was that it was warm because of the rice, and then he goes , "what do you want". Not sure how my repeated request of a new poke bowl went above his head but his temperament and confusion from easily fixing this was profound. Brought it back to my office and Well to say the least, the octopus was slimy and def not fresh. Contacted mealpal for a refund and tossed the lunch.
SOOO many other poke places in Seattle to visit or Hawaii if you have the $$. I've even been to the Poke Alice on 2nd ave that would make the meal pal when i came in so i knew they didn't make large batches at a time cause they would occasionally run out.

Save yourself a stomach ache and go somewhere else. Also portion  wise, poke serving was tiny here. They LITERALLY gave me 3 pieces of tuna.

A bit disappointed. We ordered 2 poke on the ritual app due to the promotion. The seafood was not fresh. In fact the octopus was kinda smelly. I asked for non spicy crab salad, but we got spicy instead. Which was ok, but the crab salad had very strange taste. It was kind of bitter for some reason.

On the other hand,  there was a lot of sauce on our salad which made it too salty. Sadly, we couldn't finished the poke in the end. Felt kind of sick half way through.

My least favorite of the poke places that have popped up in SLU. Note that my experience is limited to MealPal lunch pickups. I find the portion is smaller than other comparable options and the protein portion is lacking. I do like the variety of options they offer on mealpal, as well as the flavors like the gochujang sauce on the octopus, but for me it's just outclassed by other options nearby

My least favorite Pike Place in Seattle so far. The fish was below average and the ingredients didn't seem fresh.
